Exercising in your own space
For those who can't be out and about, we can come to you. Whether its for rehabilitation, learning how to use your own gym, a hydrotherapy program, or simply to build confidence and keep you living independently for longer.
Initial Consultation
Prior to our visit, we assess who will best meet your needs. Are you seeking physiotherapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility? Or do you want to enhance your fitness, strength, and balance with our exercise physiologist? During our consultation, we focus on education, discuss your goals, and outline your treatment and maintenance preferences.

Follow up
Staying focused and adapting your treatment and exercise plans to enhance your progress and maintain your motivation.
Neurological Rehab
Rehabilitation and management for conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, MS, MND and Parkinson's. Helping you to manage and improve symptoms, motor function and quality of life.

Flexibility and Posture
To improve your ability to move comfortably, reduce the risk of falls and injuries. We focus on posture, flexibility and stability.
osteoporosis & Arthritis
To keep you moving and enjoying everyday life we teach you how to manage your muscles and joints and provide appropriate exercises to gradually increase your strength, prevent symptom progression and reduce pain.

Falls Prevention
We evaluate falls risk factors and provide personalised strategies to minimise the chance of a fall through home safety assessments, education, correct equipment use and through balance exercises.
Gait and Balance retraining
To improve stability and confidence to remain independent out and about. We work with clients to improve their walking patterns, confidence, reactive balance, agility and strength.

Rehabilitation
Helping you to return to the activities you love, and to be as independent as possible - by improving muslce and bone strength, joint function and to optimise cardiac and respiratory fitness
Exercise Physiology

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP) are experts in the field of how exercise can be used to manage chronic health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis and arthritis.
AEP's also use specific exercise prescription to release, restore and retrain movement patterns in order to support your posture and body during movement. The end result being that you are moving better, stronger and with less pain.
Physiotherapy

Our Physiotherapists are experts in rehabilitation for neurological conditions such as Parkinson's and stroke, as well as helping you regain confidence, mobility and strength following a fall injury, joint surgery or after a long hospital admission.

Other areas of specialty include, musculoskeletal assessment and treatment to keep you moving well, falls assessments, home safety assessments and exercises to help you return to the activities that are important to you.
Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational Therapists will help you to maintain independence, safety, and quality of life at home and in the community. Services include comprehensive assessments, prescription of assistive equipment such as electric recliners and bathroom aids, and recommendations for home modifications. Occupational Therapists tailor interventions to individual needs, provide education on falls prevention, and support carers with practical strategies to manage daily routines and reduce strain. By addressing both physical and cognitive challenges, occupational therapists enable clients to stay engaged in meaningful activities and age in place with dignity and confidence.
